Characteristics of the Dutch Lecter Milk Fat Ball Analyzer
High quality precision instruments
• Reduce the cost of modifying homogenizers
• Control the precision of homogenization process
• Prevent customer quality complaints
• Measurement to prevent wear and tear during long-term storage
• Fully controlled instrument measurement: independent operation
Does Globulyser require special techniques for operation
Parameters of the Dutch Lecter milk fat globule analyzer
Globulyser Technical Parameters:
Homogeneous milk and dairy products do not contain solid particles Possible fat ratio of 1-10%, allowing for high fat ratio and appropriate dilution of the sample
Can measure UHT milk, concentrated milk, pasteurized milk, milk powder, mixtures of animal fats and vegetable oils, etc
Analysis speed:
Depending on the type of product and the necessary dilution of the instrument, the analysis speed is approximately one to several minutes per sample
Measurement range:
The average particle size between 0.20 μ m and 3.0 μ m is significantly better than that of a particle size analyzer
Precision:
Readings of 2% and 4% depend on product quality, Much better than particle size analyzers.
Zero position modulation:
Comprehensive automatic cleaning and zero position control (refer to measurement settings) Optional before and after each measurement
Data processing:
The printer has measurement results and identification data, as well as time and measurement results Collect measurement results and instrument settings using Globulyser2PC software and enter them into a computer (Excel spreadsheet, CSV document)
